Under New Leadership

In 2006, when her uncles retired, Stephanie Hickman left a twenty-five-year career as a labor attorney, utility executive, and lobbyist to acquire the company. One of Hickman’s first areas of focus was to bring in key people to help expand the company’s services. Combining her leadership skills with a team of seasoned construction professionals, the company embarked on a growth trajectory. Trice quickly transformed from a small residential construction company to an award-winning concrete construction firm with projects ranging from structural concrete to key energy infrastructure projects.

Trice’s growth and success has resulted in large part from its consistent operational performance and thorough back office procedures. Today Trice is a recognized leader in concrete construction with a specialization in electric and gas utilities, commercial markets, and the public sector.
